   Some people called me a gypsy. But... I just like to travel - business or pleasure.

   To check out new surroundings, experience new cultures and meet new people.

   So far I have only seen some of the places of my list of 'Things to see, places to be' but hoping to see more

 

 

 Things to see places to be

 

   Here is a list of my dream destinations

  1. Peru,  Machu Picchu - old Incas lost city

  2. Jordan, Petra - city in the mountains - ancient Nabataeans culture

  3. Palestine occupied territories, Bethlehem - Christmas Midnight Mess at the place where it all happened long time ago

  4. Nepal, The Everest base camp - added lately and almost done it but she decided to get married.

  5. Egypt - the pyramids (my mother was a Egyptian queen in here previous  reincarnation - ... that's what she tells me)

  6. Morocco, Casablanca - I am sure most have seen the movie

  7. Eastern Islands - the statues

  8. Mexico, Maya's cities

  9. Italy, San Giorgio la Molara, Provincia di Benevento - to see the view from the hill

  10. Russia, St. Petersburg - the Venice of the north

  11. Italy. Pizza - the leaning tower

  12. Italy, Rome - colosseum

  13. Syria, Damascus - ancient city

  14. Israel, Jerusalem - ancient city

  15. China - the Great Wall

  16. Switzerland, La Chaux de Fonds - the Mecca of horology

  17. Monaco - see the splendour

  18. USA (anywhere) - childhood dream

 Ok, you asked me where, so far... here is what I remember...

  • Poland... naturally, I was born there.

  • Germany (East, West)...we used to go for a beer to East Germany. Big changes after the reunification.

  • Austria - I lived there for 1.5 years.

  • Australia -it is now what I call home.

  • Czechoslovakia - I used to be a scout - international scout camp.

  • Italy - Roma cappocia - must be one of my favourites.

  • Monaco - popped in for F1 Grand Prix.

  • Japan - Tokyo short visit on the way to Europe. Too short to have opinion but I felt what Gai-Jin is.

  • Russia - short visit to Moscow.

  • Switzerland - I do collect watches ...so you can imagine.. I just had to see the le Lock.

  • France - been there done that.

  • Denmark - business and pleasure trips (most beautiful women in the world... no doubts).

  • Sweden - nice.

  • Nederland -worked here for some time after coming back from Saudi, best herrings ever.

  • Belgium -not seen too much but ok.

  • New Zealand - diving, skiing, business, family visit ...great dive, very green country side, very beautiful.

  • Fiji - learn to scuba dive here.

  • USA - disappointed (sorry Maika).

  • Canada - reminds me a bit of Australia (strange but true).

  • Saudi Arabia - work here for over a year.

  • Egypt - great dive in Sharm el-Sheikh and pyramids.

  • Jordan - my favourite in the Middle East.

  • Kuwait - too short to have opinion, but it is hot, damn hot 53C

  • Bahrain - pearl dive and week-ends fun across the bridge from Saudi.

  • Hong Kong - good shopping.

  • Macau - nice.

  • Thailand -Bangkok -what a massage.

  • UAE, Dubai - reach but....

  • Solomon Islands - the best dive in Southern hemisphere.

  • Thailand, short stay over in transit

  • Singapore, short stay over in transit

  • India, short stay in transit
